Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or due to unexpected delays.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer standard international shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 7–26 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note: Express shipping is not available at this time.

Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
